Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pronto Conversions' SMS messaging service (“Service”), operated by Pronto Conversions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from a Pronto-powered business, you agree to the following:

• Message types: You will receive automated text messages related to your pest control inquiry, including responses to your questions, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Typical conversations involve 3–10 messages. You will not receive unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your service inquiry.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@prontoconversions.com.

3. How You Consent

You consent to receive automated SMS messages when you take any of the following actions with a Pronto-powered business:

• Submit a contact, estimate, or inquiry form on the business's website
• Text the business's phone number directly
• Click a “Text Us” button or scan a QR code leading to an SMS prompt
• Call the business's number and not receive an answer (missed call text-back)

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Service Description

Pronto Conversions provides AI-powered SMS response technology to pest control businesses. Messages are delivered via automated systems. While our system is designed to provide accurate and helpful responses, Pronto Conversions is not responsible for the accuracy of service-specific information (pricing, availability, treatment details), which is determined by the individual pest control business.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered within any specific timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronto Conversions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
