What Messages We Send

When you submit an inquiry to a Pronto-powered business—by filling out a contact form, texting a business number, or clicking a “Text Us” button—you may receive automated text messages including:

• An initial response to your inquiry within 60 seconds
• Follow-up questions to understand your pest control needs
• Appointment confirmations and scheduling information
• Service reminders and day-of notifications

Messages may be sent in English or Spanish based on the language you use. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the Business's service schedule.

How We Use Your Information

When you contact a Pronto-powered business, we collect your phone number and any information you share in the conversation (pest type, property address, scheduling preferences). We use this information to:

• Respond to your pest control inquiry
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Send the Business a summary of your needs

We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile number or conversation data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Consent

By submitting a contact form, texting a Pronto-powered business number, or clicking a “Text Us” button, you consent to receive automated text messages from that business. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Data Retention
