1. Who We Are

Pronto Conversions provides AI-powered SMS messaging technology to pest control businesses (“Business Customers”). When a homeowner submits a form or texts a pest control business that uses our platform, Pronto handles the automated response.

We operate as a data processor — we process information on behalf of our Business Customers, who are the data controllers. If you have questions about how a specific pest control company handles your data, contact that company directly. If you have questions about Pronto, contact us.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy covers two audiences:

  • Homeowners and leads — people who contact a pest control business powered by Pronto via web form, phone call, or SMS.
  • Business Customers— pest control operators who use Pronto's platform. Your use of the platform is also governed by our Terms of Service and any Data Processing Agreement in place between us.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Identifiers

Name, phone number, email address — collected when a homeowner submits a contact form or texts a Pronto-powered business number.

Customer Records

Property address, pest type, appointment times, service history, urgency level — collected through the AI conversation to qualify and schedule service.

Communications Content

The full text of SMS conversations between the homeowner and the AI agent — stored to support service delivery, quality improvement, and case resolution.

Inferences

Classifications derived from the conversation — pest type, property size, urgency level, preferred language — used to route and qualify the lead for the pest control business.

Website Usage Data

Page views, browser type, and referring URLs collected via Vercel Analytics when you visit prontoconversions.com. This data is aggregated and anonymized — no persistent user IDs or cross-site tracking.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your pest control inquiry within 60 seconds via SMS
  • Qualify your request and schedule a service appointment
  • Send the pest control business a summary of your needs (the “lead card”)
  • Send appointment confirmations and service reminders
  • Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI agent
  • Operate and improve the Pronto platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use homeowner data for advertising, marketing to you on behalf of other businesses, or any purpose beyond delivering the contracted service.

5. SMS Messaging

How you consent

When you submit a contact form, text a Pronto-powered business number, or click a “Text Us” button, you consent to receive automated text messages from that business. Consent is not required to purchase any services.

What messages you'll receive

Messages related to your pest control inquiry: qualification questions, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and day-of reminders. You will not receive promotional messages unrelated to your service request.

Message frequency

Varies based on your inquiry. A typical conversation involves 3–10 messages. Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours before and 30 minutes before your scheduled visit.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Consent records

We retain records of opt-in consent per sender (per pest control business). Consent given to one business is not shared with or transferred to any other business.

6. How AI Powers Our Service

Responses sent through Pronto are generated by an AI system, not typed by a human in real time. No employee of the pest control business or Pronto reviews each message as it's sent.

The AI does not make consequential decisions about you — pricing, service eligibility, and scheduling are confirmed by the pest control business. The AI's role is to gather your information and route it efficiently.

If you ask whether you're speaking with a bot, the agent will tell you it's an automated service coordinator. We do not represent our AI as a human.

7. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, each under a written agreement that restricts their use of the data to delivering our services:

We also share relevant lead information (name, phone, pest type, appointment) with the pest control business that you contacted — this is the core purpose of the service.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@prontoconversions.com. We will process deletion requests within 45 days.

9. Security

We implement reasonable physical, administrative, and technical security controls to protect your personal information — including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@prontoconversions.com.

10. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't sell or share for advertising)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Texas Residents (TDPSA)

You have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and profiling (we do not conduct either)

All Users

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your conversation data by emailing us. We will respond within 45 days.

11. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use prontoconversions.com — page views, browser type, and referring URLs. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is not used to track individuals across sites. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law — including California Civil Code § 1798.82 (45-day notification), Texas Business & Commerce Code § 521.053 (60-day notification), and Florida Statute § 501.171 (30-day notification).

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
